Chroma Sync Not Working Free

Wallpaper Engine is not capable of directly communicating to your RGB hardware, all color information are sent to the RGB drivers first. If one or more pieces of hardware are not working, the issue must be on the software side of your hardware vendor. Some very old hardware is not fully supported anymore by these hardware vendors and will not work. Keep in mind that this is nothing we can fix on our end.
In rare cases, hibernation may cause RGB hardware to stop working in combination with Wallpaper Engine. If some or all of your RGB hardware stops working correctly after your system wakes up from hibernation, try enabling the Safe start after hibernation option in the General tab of the Wallpaper Engine settings, this solves these types of issues for the majority of affected users.
Computers may sometimes skip an update cycle with your mouse or hardware drivers because another program was briefly given priority, causing a slight desynchronization between the mouse and the computer. The mouse is still working and sending commands to the computer, but the computer can no longer properly read the commands It would be like trying to read this guide with all the spaces randomly placed around and in the middle of words. To fix this, you just need to reset the communication between both the computer and the mouse by reseting the mouse and its connection. You can do this while the mouse in on in either wired or wireless mode, by holding down the left mouse button, the right mouse button, and the scroll wheel (middle mouse button) at the same time, for 5 seconds to reset the mouse.
There are times when the mice are sent out with manufacturing defects where one day your mouse can stop working for what seems like no reason. Some users have reported that opening up their mice, they find that the solder joints around the pins connecting the sensor are not solid. Solder looks like little pools of metal around metal pins of devices connecting them to the circuit board. Reconnect the pins by resoldering these connection points.
Mouse enters max sensitivity while only doing some operations, often only happening in one program and working like normal elsewhere, resetting the mouse or its sensitivity settings does nothing to fix this behavior.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both software's but there is no fix to the issue, I have to make multiple attempts to connect to chroma before it will will finally work, sometimes after multiple crashes.
I have also noticed that the fan speeds for my Riing Plus 12 fans seem to be out of sync, I mean one fan is spinning slower then the other two. I have not noticed this until the last software updates.
I am not trying to sync a Razer product I am trying to sync the fans to Razer Synapse 3 so I can control the fans lights through it to match my lighting profile. It has worked before but now it is unavailable
I am also having this issue. Just finished adding the Thermaltake Pacific CL360 Max D5 Hard Tube Water Cooling Kit to my system. The reason I chose Thermaltake over Corsair is so that I could sync it with my Razor KB/Mouse/Gamepad. I am having the same issue as the others. Razer Synapse is working with the Asus connect service without issue, it is only ThermalTake that is having this issue.
I use 3 TT LED strips, I have a Razer keyboard, mouse and mousepad. The MSI dragon center and the Asus sync is still working perfectly with Chroma connect. So It only seems to effect the TT RGB Plus driven LED's.
So after yesterdays update that installed 3.5.930.92510 of the Synapse software Chroma Connect has not been working with my ThermalTake Rinng Plus fans. Before this last update There was no issues in connecting and syncing the lights, but now the only time they sync is if I use "Quick Effect" or "Chroma Studio".
"Chroma Visualizer" or the Program "Wallpaper Engine" used to sync the Synapse to the TT fans perfectly but now they stay locked on the previous color or just go blank completely if I try either of them.
Hi there!I just received my Chroma and 120" ALR Screen two days ago and got it set up yesterday.I added the apps and was having issues with pretty bad audio lag on Disney +.Tonight I was watching a Blu-ray disc and it started out fine, but as the movie progressed, it slowly started to go out of sync. Not nearly as badly as the Disney * problem, but enough to notice.I was running the disc off a SONY 4K unit and with both cases of audio lag I was using the onboard Harmon Kardon speakers.Am I missing a setting or something? Is this happening to anyone else?Thanks!-javasmark
As a result, for these first generation of monitors at least, NVIDIA has resorted to a couple of tricks to make a 144Hz 4K monitor work within the confines of current display technologies. Chief among these is support for chroma subsampling.
Chroma subsampling, in turn, is essentially a visual hack on the human visual system. Humans are more sensitive to luma than chroma, so as it goes, some chroma information can be discarded without significantly reducing the quality of an image.
The technique covers a range of different patterns, but by far the most common patterns, in order of image quality, are 4:4:4, 4:2:2:, and 4:2:0. 4:4:4 is a full chroma image, equivalent to RGB. 4:2:2 is a half chroma image that discards half of the horizontal color information, and requires just 66% of the data as 4:4:4/RGB. Finally 4:2:0 is a quarter chroma image, which discards half of the horizontal and half of the vertical color information. In turn it achieves a full 50% reduction in the amount of data required versus 4:4:4/RGB.

The Studio version of DaVinci Resolve has long been able to utilize hardware decoding of H.264 and H.256 (HEVC) media to greatly improve performance, but unfortunately, not all types of H.264 and H.265 media are supported. On top of the codec itself, both the bit depth (8-bit, 10-bit, etc.) and chroma subsampling (4:2:0, 4:2:2, 4:4:4), as well as the hardware capabilities of your system, impacts whether you will be able to utilize hardware decoding.
Until now, a common experience for many gamers today is that the lighting effects on third-party devices such as PC cases, motherboards, and cooling fans are not fully in sync, producing an experience that is not in line with Razer devices.
